About the Event
Starting April 10th, we are excited to announce the launch of our Friday night classes!
We will be offering 3 classes Friday nights to give everyone more time and opportunity to train. The class schedule will be as follows:
6:45pm-7:30pm : Women's Only Self Defense and Grappling. (NEW CLASS!)
7:30pm-8:30pm: Kickboxing
8:30pm-9:30pm: Open Mat
