New Larger Location!

We are excited to announce that as of this week we will officially be in our new location at 41 Chestnut St, Rochester, NY 14604. The main Dojo will be on the second floor with Sensei Adam's office located on the Fourth Floor in Suite 404.


Our new location is much larger at 3,500 square feet as opposed to our previous 500 square feet! The new location offers a dedicated waiting area, private bathroom and changing area. There is also some cardiovascular equipment and additional equipment that can be used during class.

Extended Class Time: Little Pups

Starting Monday, February 6th, we will be extending our little pups class time to 45 minutes! The new class time will be from 5:15pm until 6:00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please contact us

Winter Break

We will be Closed from Friday December 23rd, 2022 through Sunday January 1st, 2023 for our Winter Break. We will reopen for all regular classes Monday January 2nd, 2023.
