Starting Sunday October 2nd, we will be modifying our class schedule. The following changes have been made:
Little pups classes will remain the same and will not change time.
Competition team is now Advanced Kickboxing/MMA! Anyone green belt or up in Kickboxing or who we see shows an aptitude for advanced techniques can attend. Thi
s class will be a mixture of standing and ground techniques!
The biggest change is that we are moving Ronin Fitness and Juniors/Adults Karate.
-Ronin fitness will be on Sunday 11:30am-12:15pm and on Tuesdays 6:00-6:45pm, which will increase the length of class!
-Juniors/Adults Karate. will now be on Mondays and Thursdays 6:00-6:45 pm. This will also increase the class time as well!
Due to these moves Kickboxing during the week will be earlier at 6:45-7:45PM and Hayastan Grappling will be from 7:45-9:15pm. This will allow a large amount of students to attend grappling who can't due to work or school in the morning.
