Kids Classes!

We are excited to announce that we have launched our kids program early and that it will begin with online classes in the wake of Covid-19.

Classes will be on Wednesdays from 5:30pm-6:00pm starting 5/6/2020. Classes will be combined since they are online for ages 4 or 5 years old (depending on attention span) up to 15 years old.

Classes will consist of a warm up and stretching, Kickboxing/Karate, Grappling/Jiu Jitsu and lots of games to keep active and have fun!
